Saturday Photo Scavenger Hunt - Love

This week's theme is LOVE!
--
There are so many ideas for this theme!
This is what I chose:
Sibling Love.
---
When a brother sits down
and puts his arm around his sister
without being told to,
that is love!

Another brother's story:

This brother received this shirt (says "will trade sister for video game!") for his birthday. Once he read it, he became very upset about it, saying "I wouldn't trade my sister for anything!" And he gave the shirt back to his grandma!

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails." 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Awww that's cute. Both pictures are great, but I especially like the top one. They look like they're in a world all of their own :-)

Mines up too!

I think that is amazing to have a son that feels that way about his sister. To think about that shirt and to be so serious about it is really special. I think my kids would've thought that is was just funny, but he took it to another level. That says alot! You've done good Momma!

Not playing today but had to comment. I love the first picture because it show true love and his comment to the T-shirt is just too cute. I love the scripture you quoted because it is one of my favorite scriptures of all times. It was read at my wedding at my and Hubby's request. So true Love never fails!

Have a great day!

What great pictures. I put up my kids too. Had to hide son's face as much as possible. He doesn't want his face on "the internet" even if it is his Mom or his sister declaring their love for him. Have a great day..

There's nothing quite like sibling love. It's such a blessing when they like each other, let alone show how much they love each other.

Enjoy the weekend!

That is such a sweet picture. I am about to have my second child and I can't wait to see how the two will interact through the years.

I wish my kids would like each other like that. Well, my daughter is 5, my son almost 2, and she can't stand being around him, it breaks my heart:( I hope when he gets old and more "fun" she will love him...

I love the shirt story. I told it to my family on the way to florida, the family we visited in florida and Jason of course. It's just so precious! I wouldn't be surprised if Jason used it as a sermon illustration someday becuase it's so powerful. You're raising some amazing kids!
