Today is Missy Prissy's sixth birthday (on 6/6!). She's had a fun day. We are going to officially celebrate on Monday at my parent's house with a pool day! Missy has requested chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup!! (~~She loves chocolate~~)
But this afternoon she got to go adopt her first pet from Build-a-Bear with Grandma and I. We had a great time at the mall. This is the bear she chose (surprised, anyone?). She chose it's outfit, shoes, heart, voice, and name. It is really cute! I love the "adoption" message that this process gives to her. She chose her bear, just like we chose her six years ago. When her new bear was given a box to come home with her in, Missy said, "Now she has a home, just like I do!" That is right, sweetheart!
So I introduce you to the newest member of our family: Pinkie! (with Missy and Grandma)
